| Project Genie is a project management tool which structures and speeds up status reporting. It gives top managers an easy-to-read dashboard, using traffic-light alerts It helps project managers to produce their status reports on time Project Genie lets you structure your project as a WBS (work breakdown structure). You choose the criteria (cost, time, ...) that you want to manage as project "dimensions", then you set traffic-light alerts on chosen tasks for any dimension. So when it's time to write your weekly or monthly status report, Project Genie generates most of the report for you, and you just add your comments. Preview the report, then e-mail it to your boss, or publish it on your intranet. Project Genie automatically generates a project dashboard from your status reports. If you are managing a team of project managers, you can import their status reports, you'll quickly have a company-wide dashboard at your fingertips. Project Genie can help teams using Prince2 ™ or PMI ®. For example, all or any of the 9 knowledge areas of the PMBoK ® can become your project dimensions to manage in Project Genie. (All trademarks are the property of their respective owners). Project Genie is compatible with MS-Project ® (optional). From your MS-Project plan, you can generate a WBS in Project Genie, and also import task information such as start date and percent completion.
